Scope of Refunds
Given the nature of real estate services, all fees paid for agency services (such as consultation fees, marketing fees, and commissions) are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
Service Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service (such as a scheduled viewing or consultation), please notify us at least 5 business days in advance. While fees for rendered services remain non-refundable, we will do our best to accommodate your new scheduling preferences.
